Tie the pocket down, starting and ending 1 inch away from the seam, leaving an opening for the elastic. Pin one of the circles to the other side of the 32 inch bar stools covering the side. Sew with ½ inch seam allowance. Press the seam open. Pin the other circle 2 inches below the first circle on the inside of the 32 inch bar stools cover. This will leave a large, round space to put fiber filler or foam. Sew the other circle in place, with a ½ inch seam on the other circle, leaving a 5-inch opening for filling.
